Welcome to the first annual Celebration of Fermentation Farmers Market! The mission of the Market is to bring people together through fermented culture and to celebrate fermented foods and beverages by featuring local artisans who make and sell items such as sauerkraut, kimchi, kombucha, mead, coffee, chocolate, bread, beer and beyond.
