To compliment Shane Confectionery’s rich history of making confections, we established Shane Chocolate Works, the bean-to-bar arm of our candy kitchen. Shane Chocolate Works roasts cacao beans in-house, allowing us to take part in every step of the chocolate making process, to create the highest quality product, with ethical chocolate, for you, our customer.
