Our Sea Salt & Thai Pepper Bar is a play on the ubiquitous combination of salt & pepper. It’s seasoned with Thai Long Peppercorns which impart a complex, earthy flavor with a lingering subtle sweetness. We then add a sprinkle of sea salt hand harvested from the Atlantic Ocean in Cape May, NJ. This single origin bar’s beans are ethically sourced from Dak Lak Vietnam. The terroir of this location provides both pineapple and toasty notes to the bar.
