This vegan white chocolate bar is a culmination of local and historic harvests in Pennsylvania! The Harvest Bar is refined with malted barley from Deer Creek Malt, Pennsylvania’s first malthouse since prohibition, and flecked with toasted corn wafers using meal from Newlin Grist Mill, an 18th century mill in Glen Mills, PA.

The shape and form of our chocolate bars are based on 18th century etchings of chocolate bars produced in Philadelphia right here on our very own block.
