This Mother’s Day, join Shane Confectionery in their historic candy kitchen to enjoy a guided pairing of local cheese and bean-to-bar chocolate. Lead by by head chocolate maker Kevin Paschall and cheese expert Alex Jones of Collective Creamery, guests will learn about craft of cheese and chocolate making while tasting a variety of high-quality, hyper-local pieces.
