Franklin Ice Cream Pie, 10″ (Pick-up Only)
A little less lavish, but no less delicious than our Ice Cream Cakes, our Franklin Ice Cream pies are crowd pleasers for all occasions. Each pie is 10" dia., serving between 6-8 guests. When making room in your freezer, please note that the the pie box measures 10w x 10L x 4h
Choose:
- Terrapin Pie ($40) A flaky butter pastry crust is a the base of our interpretation of a Shane Confectionery's Pecan Terrapin. Lined with chocolate Incredishell, and filled with sea salt caramel ice cream and pecan pieces, that is topped with hot fudge, sea salt, vanilla whipped cream and more caramel and pecans.
- Franklin Mint Pie ($40) A crushed Hydrox (cookies & cream) cookie crust pairs perfectly with our Mint Chip ice cream. It's topped with Marshmallow Phluff, fresh garden mint & chocolate syrups, and ringed with Vanilla whipped cream.
Because of the nature of these pies, they are for pick-up only. We request at least 72 hours lead time for pies and cakes, as they are made to order.

Please note, we request a 4 business day lead time to make your cake or pie. Ex: If you order a cake on a Friday, it will be ready for Pick-up on a Thursday. If you’d like a cake sooner than 4 business days, feel free to peruse the merchandizer of ready-to-sell cakes at The Franklin Fountain or The Franklin Ice Cream Bar.
Unless otherwise contacted, your Ice Cream Pie or Cake order will be ready for pick-up on the date you’ve selected at Shane Confectionery (110 Market St., Phila. PA) between 12p-7p. No need to confirm or schedule.
