The Craftsman’s Tower is our large, 3-part collection of our beloved chocolate assortments, the combination holds all of our hand-made chocolate case pieces.  This special tower is one of our most popular, with enough variety to excite every palate.

 Tower Includes:

Large Craftsman Assortment:  Integrity & craftsmanship make this box our most celebrated chocolate assortment. This assortment includes classics like caramels, butter creams, cordials, bon bons, & ganaches. All pieces are hand-made on site by our skilled co-workers. Perfect as a centerpiece, gift, or dessert table addition; the Craftsman has something to delight every palate and pair with any occasion. (16 oz., 35 pcs.)

Medium Caramel Assortment:  Our artisanal caramels are crafted with traditional techniques. They’re cooked to perfection in copper kettles using local cream, real vanilla, and organic sugar. Soft and creamy with a delectable chew, our famous caramels are made using local dairy, hand cut, and dipped in either our craft milk or dark chocolate. (9 oz., 18 pcs.)

Small Mixed Buttercream Assortment: An assortment of our famous Buttercreams in a variety of flavors dipped in our craft Milk and Dark Chocolate. Buttercream flavors may include: Coconut, Maple Walnut, & Vanilla Bean. (5 oz., 18 pcs.)

A large three-part gift bundle tied with a ribbon, which includes our 38-pc. Craftsman chocolate assortment, 18 pc. Vanilla & Chocolate Salted Caramel assortment, and an 18 pc. Mixed Buttercream assortment.
