~Ice Cream Cakes require a lead time of 3 business days~

Decadent Franklin Ice Cream Cakes for special occasions! Our 6" cake is appropriate for  6-8 servings, 10" cake is great for parties of 12-16, and our Small Sheet Cake serves 16-20. Because of the delicate nature of these cakes, they are for Pick-up Only and cannot ship. We request at least 3 business days of lead time for pick up to craft these special pieces; (for example: if you order on a Friday, your cake will be ready no earlier than Tuesday.)

Strawberry Shortcake Cake (6" $45 / 10" $62)
Strawberry and Vanilla Bean Ice Creams layered with Roasted Strawberries, Strawberry Shortcake Crumble, and Whipped Cream Topping, finished with more Strawberry Shortcake Crumble.

Banana Split For My Baby Cake, Gluten Free (6" $45 / 10" $62)
Caramelized Banana and Peanut Butter Ice Creams layered with Chocolate-covered Roasted Peanuts, bean-to-bar house Ganache, and Whipped Cream Topping, finished with Cherries.
