Our festive log is made with Franklin Coffee Ice Cream on gluten free Chocolate Rum Cake, layered with with toasted almonds, toffee, and cocoa nibs, blanketed in craft Shane Chocolate Fudge, and decorated with gluten free Pinwheel Cookies, Milk Chocolate Pinecones and White Chocolate Mushrooms.
