Shipping Policy
Credit Card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your order before shipment (This includes Shipped & Pick-Up orders). Estimated shipping times on checkout page reflect carriers estimate and do not include Shane Confectionery's handling time. UPS deliveries occur Monday – Friday (Saturdays in some areas), excluding holidays. USPS delivers Monday – Saturday, excluding holidays. Once your order has been shipped, Shane Confectionery will send an email confirming shipment of your order with carrier (UPS or USPS) and tracking information. The status of your order can be tracked by visiting the carrier’s website and entering the tracking information provided via email, or if you have an account on our site you can login to see that statuses of current and past orders. Please allow up to 12 hours for the carrier to update tracking information in their system. Shane Confectionery cannot be held liable for delays in shipping when the carrier is at fault.
Warm Weather Shipping: If the temperature where you are shipping to is 70° or above, we highly suggest choosing UPS 3 Day / 2 day, or USPS Express with the cold pack option. Any chocolates, gummies, or caramels may melt in temperatures above 70 degrees without cold packs and if in transit longer than 3 days. In some areas where slower ground shipping will take more than 3 days that option may be disabled on checkout. We may delay shipment of orders during the summer to protect your package from spending more than 3 days in transit. We recommend shipping to a work address or to be sure someone will be home when the package is delivered so it does not spend any time sitting on your front door or porch! If you live in an area where ground shipping will take 3+ days we recommend choosing a quicker shipping option. Shane Confectionery is not liable for any damages or delays caused by the carrier
Orders for Pick-Up will receive an email when the order is available for pickup. If you have not received a pick-up confirmation this means your order is not yet available to be picked up in our shop.

Shane Confectionery values your patronage and respects your right to privacy. For security reasons we request certain information for billing and shipping such as name, address, and phone number. We will ask for your email address when you place an order so that we can send shipping status confirmations of your order. In no event will we authorize third parties to use such information for other purposes. Because we are committed to protecting your privacy, personal data relating to an identified or identifiable individual that is submitted to this web page will be collected, processed, stored, and disposed of in accordance with applicable U.S. law. Your order form data is protected from unauthorized interception by the use of SSL encryption, which is the current standard for data scrambling during transmission, and your data is unscrambled only with our authorized bank’s decoding key.
Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our goal. If the item becomes damaged in transit please contact us by email, preferably with images of the damage so we may file a claim with the carrier. If the item is not delivered due to an incorrectly or insufficiently entered address on checkout, delayed in transit or not delivered due to fault of the carrier Shane Confectionery cannot be held responsible. Please ensure that the shipping address is absolutely correct before you submit the order.
